[product features]
The product is a halogen-free flame retardant specially used in TPU (polyester, polyether type). The product fully meets the requirements of EU ROHS directive, reach and IEC 61249-2-21 regulations. It has low addition, good flame retardant effect (3.2mm, 1.6mm UL 94 V-0 grade), no precipitation and whitening in the material, no hydrolysis, excellent processing performance and other good properties. The product can meet the requirements of electronics, electrical, wire and cable and other fields, and meet the current requirements of halogen-free, low smoke and non-toxic, green and environmental protection for flame retardant materials.
As an additive flame retardant, this product is used in TPU with UL 94 V-0 flame retardant requirement, and has excellent flame retardant effect.

[suggestions for use]
1. 5% - 8% polyester TPU can reach 3.2mm V0 (UL 94) and 9% - 12% 1.6mm V0 (UL 94).
2. When 25% - 35% flame retardant is added into polyether TPU, it can reach 3.2mm and 1.6mm V0 grade (UL 94).
