The product is directly mixed with the material in proportion and then used. The effect of extrusion and granulation by twin-screw extruder is good.

V-0 (0.8mm) in PA66: 18% - 22%; in PA6: 22-28%. If the original MCA powder is replaced, it is generally recommended to replace the original MCA powder by 1.8:1.

 

Before granulation and injection molding, the equipment should be cleaned carefully to avoid impurities affecting the flame retardant effect. In addition, related additives have been added to MCA flame retardant masterbatch, so there is no need to add antioxidant and lubricant separately during granulation, so as to avoid the adverse effect of these additives on flame retardant effect. In order to avoid the influence of carrier resin in carbon black masterbatch on flame retardancy of MCA system, Organic Black with PA carrier is recommended for black masterbatch.
