    The common flame retardants of halogen-free flame retardant nylon are red phosphorus, organic hypophosphonate and melamine salt.
    Red phosphorus: due to its own characteristics, it can only be red or black, which greatly limits its application in more materials. In addition, the "special smell" in the production process limits its use, and it is easy to release phosphine PH3.
    MCA: although it is a typical halogen-free system, it has low temperature resistance and is easy to decompose when applied to nylon reinforcement system, so it is not suitable for reinforced nylon flame retardant.
