Endothermic effect the heat released in the combustion process heats up the raw material and makes it reach the ignition point quickly. The principle of endothermic flame retardant is that the material needs to absorb a lot of heat in the combustion process, which can reduce the heating process of the material and make it difficult for the free radicals of vaporized combustible molecules to reach the ignition point, so as to prevent the combustion to a certain extent.
        According to the chain reaction theory of combustion, free radicals are needed to maintain combustion. Flame retardants can act on the gas-phase combustion zone and capture the free radicals in the combustion reaction, so as to prevent the flame from spreading, reduce the flame density in the combustion zone, and reduce the combustion reaction speed until the termination.
