Due to the limitation of equipment and process, the domestic hexabromocyclododecane can not reach the decomposition temperature above 230 ℃ of Abbott, so it can be directly used only after resin surface coating treatment. (the method of adding heat stabilizers is not feasible in practical application.     Granular flame retardant is a kind of powder flame retardant, which is made into particles by dry extrusion. It does not add any impurities, does not go through heat processing, and has no material decomposition loss. Its composition is the same as that of powder, and its dosage is the same. Its specific gravity is close to that of PS particles, which solves the problem of uneven dispersion of powder products.
